A blend that combines complexity and balance: the aromas of Arabica coffees combine to create a rich, dynamic and energetic combination of flavours and aromas.
The presence of Robusta coffee from the Balehonnur plantation adds hints of vanilla and body, enhancing the cup with a longer-lasting, richer and more colourful crema.
The result is an espresso to be enjoyed every day, leaving you amazed!

Extraction method
Stay within the range we recommend for each of our lines, have fun evaluating the differences in extraction as the dose varies, and let us know which dose produces the best extraction in your opinion!
Weigh it
Recommended brewing ratio: 100 g coffee / 1 litre of water
Grind
Grind your coffee to a consistency similar to sea salt.
Brew
Fill the bottom chamber with hot water (80 - 85°C), add the ground coffee to the filter basket, then place the Moka pot on the gas stove.
Enjoy
Stir the coffee in the upper chamber, pour it into the cups straight away and enjoy it, preferably in good company!
