A filter coffee selection that expresses notes of berries and molasses syrup, with a pronounced sweetness and a clean body.

An experimental batch by Jorge Elías Rojas, in which the Bourbon and Sidra varieties, processed using the natural method and sun-dried on patios, are meticulously managed to achieve a distinctive and memorable sensory profile.

With an SCA score of 87.5, this coffee offers exceptional aromatic complexity, balance, making it an excellent choice for filter brewing and precision-focused extraction

Grind

Grind your coffee to a consistency similar to freshly ground black pepper.

Brew

Place the ground coffee in the designated chamber and adjust the drip rate to one drop per second.

Enjoy

Once brewing is complete, enjoy your cold drip coffee, preferably in good company!

Grind

Grind your coffee to a consistency similar to fine sand.

Brew

Assemble the AeroPress and add the ground coffee to the brew chamber. Then begin pouring the hot water (88 - 90°C), allow the coffee to bloom, and stir gently.

Enjoy

Slowly press the plunger to brew your AeroPress coffee, then enjoy it, preferably in good company!

Add the ground coffee to the French press, pour in the hot water (90 - 92°C), and leave it to brew for about 4 minutes.
